After an initial phone consulation to assess your design needs, an on-site consultation is the nest step in the design process. On-site consultation take place at your home or project site where we can get to know you and your space. Your delimmas and problem areas will be discussed and we will offer suggestions and solutions. We will give you suggetions and resources specific to your project needs. For more involved projects this consultation wil be used to provide us with all of the necessary information to kick off your project. We will also take photos and measurments of your space to be used throughout the design process.

We creat layouts to enhance the way you use your room. Size and placement of each furniture piece are based on how you function and your lifestyle. We will recommend what furniture items to keep and which to replace. Design boards with a list of what is needed to complete the look.

Picking paint colors with all the options out there is no small task. Is the white too grey, blue, purple, yellow, green, or pink. oh my! We will recommend paint color on the spot or provide you with a couple of options to be used as part of a full room design plan.

Larger baseboards or window casings, wall treatments, shelving, ceiling beams, new fireplace design even removing walls and opening up the space can all make a big impact. After deciding on which architectural enhancements will be made, we will draft a floor plan sketch for you.

To creat a cohesive foundation we consider all of the hard surface materials in your home and make sure they fit within your new design style. We specify appropriate materials for flooring, counter tops, and tile. These selections take into consideration style budget and required maintenance of the wood or stone. Cognizant of wearability and your lifestyle we will find products that will last.

After we get to know how you will use the room and how much light and privacy you need we will make recommendations for window coverings that will not only give you more ease and function, but also add a lot of interest and style to your space.

These design plans can range from a simple face-lift changing out surfaces, hardware, and cabient doors - to a full gut renovation where we improve the entire layout along with updating material

Art doesn't have to expensive. We work with a variety of budgets and are just as comfortabe at Homegoods as we are at high end showrooms. Our project are often a mix of high and low as we help our clients make the best descisions on where to splurge and where to save. We help with sourcing art, gallery wall design, and framing.

From curb appeal, to your back yard, and everything in between, we will leave you with a game plan that is sure to get your home sold faster and for more money.

From large scope remodels or ground up construction projects we can work together to incorporate a furniture space plan, interior finishes, windows, cabinets and surface materials selections. This ensures that important decisions arent' being overlooked at the early stages of the design process. we want your home to be cohesive and functional from the inside out.

After we specify furnishings and materials you can complete the look through our purchasing procurement service. We handle all of the shopping, ordering, follow up and scheduling of deliveries. Once everything has arrived we intall it for you and get the room ready for the big reveal!

Project Management for construction projects can be carried out by the client using the designs that we have provided, but you also have the option of giving us the reigns and we will oversee the execution of your designs. This ensures that our design goals are met. We take on an active role with job site visits and correspondence with contractors and other trades.
